Article 17 , subparagraph 1,2 – Obblighi di pubblicazione dei dati relativi al personale non a tempo indeterminato
1. Public administrations publish annually, under the provisions of article 16, subparagraph 1, the personal data with no employment relationship of indefinite duration, with the indication of the different types of report, the distribution of staff among the different qualifications and professional areas, including personnel assigned to the offices of direct collaboration with political bodies. The publication includes the list of holders of fixed-term contracts.
2. Public administrations publish quarterly data on the overall cost of the personnel referred to in paragraph 1, divided for professional areas, with regard to personnel assigned to the offices of direct cooperation with the organs of political.
