The C. M. 105/75 provides thatAdvertising Council ... must take place by posting in the appropriate register ... of ... copy of the text of the resolutions adopted by the Board . Displaying the register occurs within the eight days of its session of the Council. The copy of the resolution must be exposed for a period of 10 days.
