1. Without prejudice to other legal advertising obligations and, in particular, those provided for in article 1, subparagraph 32, of the law 6 November 2012, n. 190, each Government Department, in accordance with legislative decree 12 April 2006, n. 163, and, in particular, articles 63, 65, 66, 122, 124, 206 and 223, the information relating to procedures for the award and execution of works and public works, services and supplies.
2. Public authorities are required to publish, in the case referred to in article 57, subparagraph 6, Legislative Decree 12 April 2006, n. 163, the decision to contract.
