Dlgs 33/2013 – Article 23 – Disclosure obligations concerning administrative measures
1. Public authorities shall publish and update every six months, into distinct partitions of the section ' transparent ' Administration, the list of measures taken by political organs and the leaders, with particular reference to the final steps of procedures for:
in) authorization or concession;
b) contractor's choice for the award of works, supplies and services, with reference to the chosen selection mode under the code of public contracts, about jobs, services and supplies, Legislative Decree 12 April 2006, n. 163;
c) competitions and selective tests for recruitment and career progression as referred to in article 24 Legislative Decree. 150 of 2009;
d) agreements entered into by the Administration with individuals or with other public administrations.
2. For each of the measures included in the lists referred to in paragraph 1 the contents are published, the object, the planned spending and the main documents in the file relating to the proceedings. The publication takes place in the form of a summary, automatically produced during the formation of the document that contains the Act.
