Article 16 , subparagraph 1,2 – Publication requirements concerning personnel organization and personnel costs with indefinite employment relationship
1. Public administrations publish financial statements of staff and related costs incurred, referred to in article 60, subparagraph 2, Legislative Decree 30 March 2001, n. 165, in which are represented data concerning personnel organization and staff actually in service and its cost, with the designation of its distribution among the different qualifications and professional areas, with regard to personnel assigned to the offices of direct cooperation with the organs of political.
2. Public administrations, under the publications referred to in paragraph 1, highlight separately, data on the overall cost of permanent staff in service, divided for professional areas, with regard to personnel assigned to the offices of direct cooperation with the organs of political.
