Article 34, subparagraph 1 and 2 – Transparency information burden
1. Ministerial or ministerial regulations, as well as general administrative measures adopted by the State to regulate the exercise of powers Authorizers, licensors or certifiers, and access to public services or the granting of benefits, go to annex lists all the information charges levied on citizens and businesses introduced or deleted with the acts themselves. For informational burden means any obligation or performance information involving the collection, processing, the transmission, the preservation and production of information and documents to the public administration.

Without prejudice to, If provided, the publication in the official journal, the acts referred to in paragraph 1 shall be published on institutional websites of the administrations, According to the criteria and procedures laid down by the regulation referred to in article 7, paragraphs 2 and 4, of the law 11 November 2011, n. 180. Art. 13 – Publication requirements concerning the Organization of the public administration.
