Article 34, subparagraph 1 and 2 – Transparency information burden
1. Ministerial or ministerial regulations, as well as general administrative measures adopted by the State to regulate the exercise of powers Authorizers, licensors or certifiers, and access to public services or the granting of benefits, go to annex lists all the information charges levied on citizens and businesses introduced or deleted with the acts themselves.
