Article 15, subparagraph 1,2,5 – Publication requirements relating to holders of senior positions and collaboration or advice
1 – Without prejudice to the requirements referred to in article 17, subparagraph 22, of the law 15 may 1997, n. 127, public authorities shall publish and update the following information with respect to holders of top administrative posts and positions, any title conferred, as well as collaboration or advice:
in) the details of the appointment of the external;
b) curriculum vitae;
c) the data for the unwinding of positions or the title of posts in private-law entities regulated or funded by the Government or the performance of professional activities;
d) the remuneration, any denomination, related to the employment relationship, advice or collaboration, with specific evidence of any components or variables related to evaluation of result.
2 – Publication of the details of the assignment of positions to persons other than public administration, collaboration or advice to outside parties for any reason for which there is a compensation, complete with indication of the individual recipients, the reason of the assignment and the amount paid, as well as the communication to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Department of civil service of its data in accordance with article 53, subparagraph 14, second period, Legislative Decree 30 March 2001, n. 165 and subsequent amendments, are conditions for the acquisition of the effectiveness of the Act and for the liquidation of its compensation. The administrations shall publish and keep updated on their own institutional websites of its consultants lists indicating the object, the duration of the appointment and remuneration. The Department of the public function allows the consultation, also per name, the data referred to in this subparagraph.
5 – Public administrations publish and keep updated the list of positions, supplemented by their titles and curricula, attributed to persons, even outside the public administrations, identified by the discretionary policy without public selection procedures, referred to in article 1, paragraphs 39 and 40, of the law 6 November 2012, n. 190.
