Art. 13 c. 1 Lett. b,c – Publication requirements concerning the Organization of the public administration
1. Public authorities shall publish and update information and data relating to your organisation, accompanied by normative documents of reference. Are published, among others, the data for:
b) the articulation of the offices, the skills and resources available to each Office, even non-General management level, the names of responsible managers of individual offices;
c) shown in simplified form, for the purposes of full accessibility and comprehensibility of data, the Organization of the Administration, using the organization chart or similar graphic representations.
